Location
The location that we have booked is yellow bean studios in Leicester as it was the cheapest and the nicest that we could afford as we are on a tight budget, overall this is costing us £94, £64 for the room hire its self and then £30 for the lights that he will be providing us at £2.50 per hour. Also on top of that we had to pay a £40 deposit that we would get back after filming as long as the room wasn't damaged or marked in anyway.

Location organisation
Today we followed up plans to book a white room where we would be filming our performance video. I contacted Merlin (the man In charge of hiring out the white room) from Yellow Bean Studios in Leicester to organise details such as pricing, dates available and hours needed for filming. We arranged a student discounted price of £64 for 4 hours using the white room. On top of this, we have asked to include all three available 'killer' bright white lights to enhance the professional look of our video when filming. The lights totalled at £30 for the four hours. Our overall costs for the room hire including lights comes to £94 for four hours of use. As a group of three we have agreed we would evenly be splitting this cost.
After the phone call and various emails, we now have a good insight into the location and what to expect on arrival. we have confirmation emails to guarantee a date- 7th October 2014.

Before Visitng Location
Prior to our visit to the Yellow Bean Studios, we had expectations of an immaculate, clean and spacious room which would allow our two dancers to perform inside without having to be conscious of space or accidents. We had in mind a bright white space which would have nothing expect the cameras and lighting/equipment for filing use inside. Out of our location, we aimed to achieve a flawless area to ensure attention could be concentrated on dancers and performance rather than surroundings featured in the shot, hence why the idea of a white room containing nothing appealed to us. In order to look professional and of a industry standard, we wanted the room to provide us with no distractions so that we could prevent time wasting and proceed with filing the video and focus entirely on the task.
