Organisation of the group
In terms of balancing the workload and ensuring that all group members are on task to prevent wasting time, we have came up with the idea to create a schedule for each member of the group to give them tasks to focus on; we will have a new schedule every week and input from everyone is contributed into who does what tasks. This demonstrates good time management, communication and organisation skills and avoids certain members of the group completing more work than others.
