Reflection of week commencing 22/09/14

The previous week played a crucial part in contributing towards our final product. After researching and contacting many companies for organising hire of a white room setting in which we would film our video inside, we finally booked 4 hours at Yellow Bean Studios in Leicester. After hearing positive feedback from media students from past years about the studio prices and its facilities, we decided to contact them and arrange a date as we were very pleased with the student discounted price and the service on offer. After booking, as a group we then felt more focussed on the task as we had a clearer idea of how the video will come together. Also, last week we began to create our story board and develop ideas of what shots are allocated to what lyrics by what needs to be shown to the audience in order to get the meaning across through the visuals. We then went onto planning time management for constructing the dance and perfecting this before we begin filming in just over a week!
